Hub South End is a mixed-use development property in the booming neighborhood of South End in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property is comprised of 265 apartments, and over 22,000 square feet of commercial, retail, office, and co-working space - an urban living enthusiasts dream.
Hub South End, under the ownership of Ram Realty, is one of the newest mixed-use development projects in South End. Ram Realty approached us in need of interior and exterior signage for their new building. We worked closely with our client to plan a sign program that would fit their exact needs.
Hub South End received brand new illuminated exterior building signs and wood grain interior and exterior signs. The exterior signs were designed by Centerfold Agency while our in-house design team designed the interior signs with direction from our client. The design inspiration is a nod to Ram’s reputation for creating developments that offer a carefree-yet-sophisticated lifestyle.
The wood grain backer on the interior signage matches the wood accents throughout the interior of the building. The backer then incorporates a white sign panel with dark letters and graphics that create a clean contrast between the sign background and sign message. On the exterior signs, we scanned the wood laminate used on the interior signs to produce a print that matches perfectly and withstands long term exposure to outdoor elements.
Installation began in the Fall of 2019 and successfully wrapped up this summer. We’re happy to play a role in a project that adds to the urban culture and vibrancy of South End.
